Pet Policy

 

1. The only type of pets that are allowed are dogs.

2. There is an additional fee of $30/pet per visit that is an add on when you check out on the website.

3. The number of dogs allowed is limited based on your cabin.

   • Roosevelt Cabin:  2 dogs

   • River Cabin:  2 dogs

   • Meadow Cabin:  1 dog

   • Rock House:  2 dogs

4. All pets must be current on all vaccinations including rabies and documentation must be available upon request.

5. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.

6. All pets must be leashed at all times.

7. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.

8. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time including the beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.

9. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, there will be additional fees that will be collected once the cost to repair the damage is assessed.

10. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.

11. Pets will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out.

12. If it is necessary to leave your pet alone on the premises, then your pet must be kept in a crate during your absence.

13. Rolling R Guest Ranch assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.

14. The Guest shall be solely responsible for their pets while on the property.
